Take care of the posture
The back and arms should be in a straight line and the chair regulated with respect to the body and desk. The arms should form a 90-degree angle and the feet should rest on the ground.
As for the monitor, the upper part should be at eye level and there should be a distance between 40 and 60 centimeters. In case it is a portable computer, try not to spend more than four hours a day in front of it, since its small size increases the risk of bad posture.
Keep in mind the light
The ideal is natural light. If it is necessary to use curtains in space, consider it. Adjust the brightness of the screen, as you should avoid excessive brightness.
Exercise the sight
Spending a lot of time with a fixed view on the screen can cause dry eyes. Every once in a while, get away from the screen and blink a couple of times. If necessary, you can also use lubricating drops.
Increase the letter
This will make it more readable and you will not have to strain your eyes.
Close your eyes for several seconds or look at a distant object. It is also advisable to get up and clear the mind for a few minutes.
